Outer Circle Sports Announces Partnership with Jordan Oliver

Posted by Jeffrey Pape on

Outer Circle Sports, the exclusive licensee and distributor of adidas wrestling products, has signed a multi-year sponsorship and marketing agreement with 2x NCAA wrestling champion and 4x All-American Jordan Oliver.

Over the course of his amazing run at Oklahoma State University, Oliver won two NCAA championships and finished his career as a Cowboy with a remarkable 131-6 record and two undefeated seasons. Not only did Oliver win every match during his senior campaign to finish 37-0, he did so without giving up a single takedown. Of Oliver’s 37 wins, 31 came with bonus points attached, giving him an 83.7% bonus-point win percentage. Oliver holds the Oklahoma State record in career pins at 54 and ranks ninth in all-time win percentage for the storied collegiate wrestling program.

The Easton, Pennsylvania native was a three-time high school state champion as well as a Fargo junior national champion.

Most recently, Oliver was a second-place finisher at the World Team Trials.  Oliver is excited to make the transition to International Wrestling and represent the United States on future World and Olympic teams.

Tim Gardner, Managing Partner at Outer Circle stated: “We are very excited to have a champion wrestler like Jordan Oliver endorsing our product. What’s great is that he joined our team because he really believes in adidas wrestling products and has worn them throughout his high school and collegiate career. He is a vibrant and recognizable winner in the sport and we know he will be a great ambassador for our products and the adidas wrestling brand.”

Oliver joins adidas athlete and 2012 Olympic Gold Medalist Jake Varner as the second prominent champion signed to the adidas Wrestling Advisory Board in recent months.

Outer Circle Sports was founded in 2011 by Tim Gardner, Tom Sculley and Drew Seibert. The partners have been in the wrestling products business and involved with the adidas brand since the early 1990’s.
