2011 Registration and Payment Information
Welcome to our payment information and registration web page for our golf outing. We have signed the contract for our 2011 golf outing! It will be August 5, 2011 (a Friday!). Registration will open at 8:30 a.m. with a shot gun start at 9:30 a.m.

New this year, we kept the price the same AND we will have all the same great food and events as last year. At that price level though you are just covering the costs to play golf and could consider making a donation at the golf outing or buying a few extra raffle tickets the day of the outing.
We are a public charity as recognized by the IRS (e.g. 501 C 3 organization). This means your donations are deductible on your tax return as allowed by law.

Register for Golf – only $100 this year. Don’t be fooled by the lower price – it’s going to be a great golf outing. We hope the lower price will attract more golfers.

Make a Donation – new this year we are not making a donation part of the registration fees. And we have listened to golfers who would prefer their donation go to a particular cause. Let us know which organization you’d prefer – either The Smile Train or National Wrestling Hall of Fame – Illinois Chapter. If you don’t specify one, we will split it 50/50 between these two great organizations. We are a public charity as recognized by the IRS (e.g. 501 C 3 organization). Buy Raffle tickets and Save. Spend $100 and get our best deal. Buy in advance and we will have your raffle tickets ready for you when you arrive. No need to mess with buying raffle tickets at registration (you can of course buy them all day long!).
